14,000 square foot second floor addition to the original facilities and major alterations to the existing facilities.  Consisting of three floors and approximately 80,000 square foot.  Alterations consisted of complete renovation of the interior of the existing building.  Renovation included new air conditioning system, electrical, lighting and plumbing work, and parking lot.  Re-roofing of main building and Post Office Annex was accomplished concurrently.
