| DESCRIPTION | Addition of 1,635 square foot service core to each floor of an existing ten-story building located in downtown Waco. Addition included restrooms, stairways, elevators, and service areas. Renovations included 65,000 square feet of offices and related facilities. A truck dock facility and parking for 275 vehicles were also part of this project. |
